Register by June 15

DanceBARN is so excited to host a 1-day workshop with Joanna Lees of Alternative Motion Project (AMP) on June 21st! Dancers 7th grade and older are invited to spend a day dancing in beautiful Battle Lake, MN at the Creative Arts Center. Dancers will take a technique class in the morning, learn AMP repertory choreography, create dances of their own (with the guidance of AMP and DanceBARN) and perform for family and friends at the end of the day!

• 9:30-10:00 / Check-in 

• 10:00-11:00 / Class #1 (Technique class)

• 11:15-12:15 / Class #2 (AMP Repertory)

• 12:15-1:00 / Lunch (please bring a lunch)

• 1:00-3:00 / Choreography 

• 3:00-3:15 / Break

• 3:15-4:00 / Costuming and dress rehearsal

• 4:00-4:30 / Performance prep

• 4:30-5:00 / Family and friends performance

• 5:00 / Optional group dinner at The Boathouse (Dancers, families and friends welcome!)
