About the class:
This Pilates class focuses on building strength, stability, and a strong core through controlled, intentional movement. I use resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to mimic many of the benefits of a reformer-style workout while keeping the class accessible for everyone.
Pilates helps improve posture, strengthen muscles, and support joint health so your body moves better in everyday life.
The class is designed for all ages and fitness levels, with modifications offered so you can work at a pace that feels right for you — whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your strength.
